What started as a simple idea—serve delicious crepes from a retro trailer—quickly turned into a gathering spot for locals, travelers, and anyone looking for a quick bite before their next adventure. Just across the lawn from Sips & Nibbles sits the Stardust Motel, Wallace’s retro roadside gem. Fully restored with colorful vintage style and modern comforts, the Stardust Motel is the perfect home base for exploring the Silver Valley. Guests can step outside their room and stroll straight over for a fresh crepe, morning coffee, or a huckleberry shake. It’s the kind of easygoing setup that makes travel simple…sleep, snack, adventure, repeat.
Ride the Shuttle
The Easiest Way to Adventure
Our friends at The Shuttle make getting to Lookout Pass about as easy as it gets. Depart right from the Stardust Motel. Depending on the season, The Shuttle takes riders straight to their adventure destination. Spring/Summer get dropped off with your bicycle at either the Route of the Hiawatha or Trail of the Coeur d’Alene. When the snow starts flying, The Shuttle takes riders straight to the lift ticket window—no parking stress, no icy driving, just a smooth ride to the mountain. Before you hop on, swing by Sips & Nibbles and grab a fresh crepe or a quick bite—perfect for the ride up. Warm, delicious, and easy to take with you, it’s the ideal start to a day.
